To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term (12 months)

Are you passionate about IT and looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping service management processes? As a Working Student in our IT Service Management team, you will work closely with experts to build and optimize our new ServiceNow platform and support the development of modern & AI-enabled service management processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply and enhance your technical skills, gain insights into the renewable energy industry, and benefit from a steep learning curve.

About The Role

  • Analyse service tickets to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the creation of KPIs, dashboards, and reports to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge articles to improve documentation and user support.
  • Document meeting outcomes and action items to ensure transparency and effective follow-up.
  • Support process optimization initiatives across different IT service areas.
  • Collaborate with Team members on the implementation and adoption of AI-driven capabilities and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Job Requirements And Experience

  • Ongoing studies in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 12 months remaining until graduation.
  • Strong interest in IT, digital solutions, and service management processes.
  • Good understanding of common IT systems, applications, and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset and interest in working with data and process improvements.
  • Independent and structured working style in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.

Advantageous, But Not Essential

  • Experience with ServiceNow or familiarity with ITIL practices.
  • German skills.
