Description provided by REIMANN INVESTORS

eimann Investors manages venture capital funds that invest in high-growth B2B software start-ups. We see ourselves as an active sparring partner that supports and promotes the development of our portfolio companies in close cooperation with their management. The focus of our investments is in the areas of SaaS, AI, and FinTech.

This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of two core disciplines: hands-on venture capital investing and the continuous development of how a modern VC team operates. You will be deeply embedded in our investment process, from sourcing and analysis to deal execution, while also taking direct ownership of improving and automating the workflows that power our day-to-day work. If you want to learn what great investing looks like and help shape how a VC fund leverages AI to work smarter, this role is for you.

Aufgaben

Venture Capital (approx. 70%)

  • Actively support startup investment deals from sourcing to initial analysis all the way to execution.

  • Conduct market analyses and research on startups and their competitive environments, contributing your own entrepreneurial ideas.

  • Assist in preparing internal and external presentations and investment documentation.

  • Take ownership of your own projects, drive them independently, and become our go-to person for specific topics.

  • Ensure transparent management reporting and compelling client documentation.

  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn company page: plan, create, and publish content that reflects our investment thesis, portfolio activity, and team perspectives.

  • Develop a consistent content rhythm, including posts on deals, market insights, and company news, and monitor page performance to continuously improve reach and engagement.

AI Workflows & Automation (approx. 30%)

  • Continuously review our existing internal workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.

  • Build, test, and maintain workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Langdock.

  • Integrate APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to connect our tools and data sources.

  • Proactively suggest and prototype new workflow solutions that reduce manual effort and increase team efficiency.

  • Document workflows clearly so the broader team can understand, adopt, and iterate on them.

Qualifikation

  • Excellent academic performance and a proven interest in startups, technology, and AI.

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Langdock, or comparable platforms

  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and MCP servers; ability to independently troubleshoot integrations.

  • First experience with AI agents and their deployment is a strong plus.

  • Ideally, first practical experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a VC-backed startup).

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.

  • A genuine team player with excellent communication skills.

  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility from day one.

  • Fluency in both German and English.

We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable working with AI tools, but is genuinely excited about using them to make a team work smarter.

Benefits

  • An environment characterized by trust and the opportunity to drive your own projects forward independently

  • Direct exposure to the full venture capital investment process, from sourcing to deal execution

  • The chance to shape how a modern VC team uses AI and automation in its day-to-day work

  • Regular team events and after works

  • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

  • An attractive salary

  • A workplace in the heart of Munich

We are looking for working students to join our venture capital team (flexible start dates). Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of startup investing and AI-powered workflows. Apply now!
