Position
Orlando Capital bietet ein Private-Equity-Praktikum in einer Portfoliogesellschaft, mit direkter Einbindung in operative Wertsteigerungs- und Transformationsinitiativen. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung des Portfoliounternehmens sowie ehemaligen Beratern von BCG, Bain und McKinsey. Fokus: Value Creation, Umsetzung, Wirkung.
Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Mitarbeit an strategischen und operativen Value-Creation-Programmen innerhalb der Portfoliogesellschaft
- Eigenständige Analyse unternehmerischer Problemstellungen und Ableitung umsetzbarer Initiativen
- Durchführung eigener Projekte mit End-to-End-Verantwortung
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Quick Wins zur Ergebnis- und Cashflow-Verbesserung
- Entwicklung von Business Cases für strategische Entscheidungen (z. B. Make-or-Buy, Insourcing/Outsourcing)
- Vorbereitung von Management- und Gesellschafter-Präsentationen
Erfahrungen und Anforderungen
- Studierende ab dem 4. Bachelorsemester, idealerweise im Master
- Exzellente akademische Leistungen
- Hintergrund in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Finance
- Erste Erfahrung in Strategieberatung, PE oder Corporate Strategy von Vorteil
- Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken
- Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Umsetzungsstärke, Professionalität
- Sehr gute PowerPoint- und Excel-Skills
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
