Quantum Diamonds is looking for a proactive and structured Supply Chain & Procurement Intern to support our Operations team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, support procurement-related activities, and maintain logistics and inventory data within our ERP system (Odoo).

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations by handling parcel receiving and shipping coordination, supporting internal stakeholders, and helping maintain transparency across shipment tracking and procurement processes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and hands-on operational work in a fast-paced deep-tech environment.

What Will You Do

  • Support the daily coordination of incoming and outgoing parcels and shipments.
  • Receive deliveries and ensure proper handover to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare shipment documentation, shipping labels, and support pick-up coordination.
  • Maintain and update shipment and procurement information in Odoo ERP.
  • Support procurement and supply chain processes, including purchase order follow-up and inventory coordination.
  • Help track shipment statuses and maintain transparency across logistics workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely handling of operational requests.
  • Support process improvements and documentation within logistics and procurement operations.
  • Assist with maintaining structured handovers and operational organization across the team.

What Is Expected Of You

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • You are available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
  • You are organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a structured way.
  • You are comfortable handling operational and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
  • You are proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in logistics, procurement, warehouse operations, or administration is beneficial but not required.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
