Logistics Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our Supply Chain team. This internship provides hands-on experience in logistics operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, and supply chain analysis. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support inventory management by updating stock records and conducting inventory checks.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including shipping records, invoices, and delivery reports.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to identify operational improvements.
• Assist in resolving shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
