About the role:
As a Working Student in Procurement for our Land Domain, you will support the Procurement team during an important transition from the R&D phase to series production.
You will help ensure that procurement data, requirements and operational purchasing activities are prepared and maintained accurately. By taking ownership of selected administrative and operational tasks, you will create additional capacity for the Procurement team to focus on supplier negotiations.
Working closely with our Procurement Manager and stakeholders from R&D, Logistics and Production, you will gain practical insight into the transition from development projects to series procurement.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
- Support the transition of projects from the R&D phase into series procurement
- Collect and maintain procurement relevant data.
- Prepare documentation and supporting materials for negotiations
- Create purchase orders ensure that all required information is complete
- Track open purchase orders, delivery dates and outstanding supplier responses
- Follow up proactively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Take responsibility for purchase orders.
- Collaborate with R&D, Logistics and Production to ensure timely and transparent project handovers
