IN A NUTSHELL
As a working student in Marketing with a focus on Content & Enablement, you’ll dive deep into the world of B2B SaaS wealth management. You’ll support our team in increasing QPLIX’s visibility in the market. Along the way, you’ll not only sharpen your marketing skills but also learn how a scalable SaaS solution is positioned in the wealth management space.Your mission
You will support the marketing team with the following:
- Marketing Content Creation:
Initiating, researching, creating, and reviewing content for blog posts on our website, external newsletters, and posts on our corporate LinkedIn profile - Performance Marketing:
Monitoring Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, tracking KPIs and weekly performance, and supporting smaller adjustments to ad campaigns - Strategic Research:
Supporting the marketing team with research tasks, e.g. analyzing new markets and customer segments, researching vendors for marketing materials as well as new marketing tools and platforms - Cross-Team Enablement:
Collaborating with various teams at QPLIX (including Sales, Product, People Organization & Culture) to anchor our brand identity and guidelines in materials such as presentations, supporting marketing in coordinating projects and events, and maintaining clear communication interfaces between teams
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student (preferably in communications or marketing-related fields, but business psychology, linguistics, or comparable programs are also welcome)
- Very good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Agile and flexible working style
- Strong prioritization skills as well as a high level of self-organization and ownership
- Strong, audience-appropriate communication skills
- Detail-oriented way of working and high standards for your own work quality
- Creativity and enthusiasm for high-quality content
- Excellent German and English skills
- Availability of 16–20 hours per week

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
