In dieser Tätigkeit konzipierst und entwickelst Du praxisnahe Web-Based-Trainings. Du bereitest Inhalte gemeinsam mit Fachexpertinnen und Fachexperten zielgruppengerecht auf, erstellst Storyboards und setzt die Trainings mit passenden Autorentools um. Dabei sorgst Du durch Tests und Qualitätssicherung dafür, dass die Lerninhalte verständlich, didaktisch sinnvoll und technisch einwandfrei umgesetzt sind.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Konzeption und Storyboarding von Web-Based-Trainings
- Entwicklung von Web-Based-Trainings mit entsprechenden Tools (z.B. PowerPoint, Camtasia, Articulate)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten, um Inhalte zielgruppengerecht und praxisnah aufzubereiten
- Testen und Qualitätssicherung von erstellten Web-Based-Trainings
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von E-Learning-Inhalten, idealerweise mit Fokus auf WBTs.
- Grundkenntnisse in Autorentools und Videobearbeitung
- Verständnis für didaktische Konzepte und Lernen im digitalen Kontext
- Kreativität, ein Auge fürs Detail und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte einfach darzustellen
