As an Intern / Working Student (m/f/d), you will work closely with the management team and report directly to the Chief of Staff. You will play an integral role in our journey, with plenty of opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of stakeholder materials for senior government officials and industry leaders
  • Ownership of workstreams within strategic projects
  • Planning and coordination of participation in events and trade fairs
  • Support in the planning and execution of military exercises
  • Operational and strategic support for the management team across various areas
  • Preparation of market and competitive analyses
  • Developing internal processes and structures for effective team collaboration
  • The company reserves the right to assignadditionaltasks to the intern, provided these are in line with the purpose of the internship

Your Profile

  • Previousexperience (e.g., internships) in relevant fields such as consulting, defence, and/or project management/ strategy roles
  • Advanced Bachelor’s orMaster’sstudent at a top-tier university with a strong academictrack record
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe whenrequired
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills anda high levelof initiative
  • Confidentdemeanor,discretion, andreliability
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Team spirit andstrong communicationskills
