Are you interested in transformation, project management, and the opportunities AI brings to the workplace? Join our Transformation Office team and gain hands-on experience supporting a company-wide transformation program. We are looking for a working student who can support us for 15–20 hours per week alongside their studies.
You are currently enrolled as a student for at least another 12 months and are interested in supporting our team on a long-term basis.

How You Will Create An Impact
- You support the Transformation Office in project management and governance activities for our company-wide transformation program and collaborate with different project teams and functions.
- You contribute to project and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) reporting by consolidating status updates and preparing presentations and materials for project and leadership meetings.
- You support the organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, and project events, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- You support effective project administration and document management by maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, and keeping relevant information structured and up to date.
- You use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support recurring activities such as meeting documentation, reporting, information consolidation, and document preparation.
- You contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives by helping to identify, test, and implement more efficient ways of working using AI and tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
About You
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, regardless of your field of study.
- You have gained initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or other relevant activities.
- You have an excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
- You have excellent organizational and administrative skills and enjoy coordinating tasks, keeping track of deadlines, and working in a structured manner.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and have a strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT.
- You work independently, reliably, and with strong attention to detail and feel comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders in an international environment.
