Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung des kompletten Weiterbildungsprozesses: Bedarfsermittlung, Recherche, Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation
- Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Trainings
- Weiterentwicklung und Neukonzipierung von Schulungsprogrammen
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen der Personalentwicklung
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres modernen Learningmanagement-Systems
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten
- Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Psychologie, HR oder ähnlichen Schwerpunkten
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
- Großes Interesse an Themen der Personalentwicklung und HR
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Wertvolle Erfahrung: Praxisnahe Einblicke in die Personalentwicklung einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe.
