Was Dich erwartet

In Deiner Mission Blühst Du Auf, Denn

Du bist zuständig für die Annahme von technischen Störungen und Lösungen von bekannten Fehlern (IT-Incident Management).
Du kümmerst dich um die Klassifizierung, Überwachung und Weitergabe von IT-Störungen, sowie die Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem.
Hierbei stehst du in regelmäßigem Status-Austausch mit unseren Kunden.
Du bearbeitest und koordinierst Betriebsaufgaben eigenständig.
Zudem bist du in verschiedene Kundenprojekte eingebunden.
