Im Rahmen unserer Recruiting-Prozesse übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich die administrative Steuerung und unterstützt bei:
- Koordination und Planung von Interviewterminen mit Kandidat:innen und Fachbereichen
- Pre-Screening eingehender Bewerbungen Active Sourcing über LinkedIn
- Kandidatenmanagement und Unterstützung bei der Angebotsvorbereitung & Vertragsunterschrift
- Eigenverantwortliches Recruiting von Werkstudenten- und Praktikantenpositionen
- Du absolvierst ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personal, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Talent Acquisition
- Du interessierst Dich für Personalmanagement und hast Lust, unser Recruiting voranzutreiben
- Du glänzt durch Dein Organisationstalent und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen und bist ein Kommunikationstalent
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Confluence & Jira
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
