In der PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG, Unternehmenszentrale Mannheim, ist ab sofort die Stelle als Werkstudent im 1st Level im KSC (m/w/d) zu besetzen.
Die Arbeitszeiten sind von 8:30 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr und von 15:30 Uhr bis 17:30 Uhr
Deine Aufgaben
- Annahme und operative Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen über Telefon und digitale Servicekanäle
- Klärung von Standardanfragen zu Bestellungen, Verfügbarkeiten, Lieferstatus, Retouren, Reklamationen sowie allgemeinen Serviceprozessen
- Auftragsannahme sowie Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen gemäß definierter Prozessvorgaben
- Prüfung, Pflege und Dokumentation kundenbezogener Informationen in CRM-, Telefonie- und Backoffice-Systemen
- Einhaltung definierter Servicelevel, Qualitätsstandards und Dokumentationsrichtlinien
Dein Profil
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
- Serviceorientiertes Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
