Working Student Finance - Transformation and AI Analytics (m/f/d)

Location: Headquarter Berlin

Start: as soon as possible (temporary position, 20 hours per week)

The Working Student Finance Transformation and AI Analytics will support the Central Europe Contract to Cash organization in driving process harmonization, performance management, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries. The role combines finance, data analytics, process management, and artificial intelligence to improve transparency, efficiency, and governance. Reporting to the Senior Manager Contract to Cash Central Europe, the successful candidate will work closely with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and shared service teams on high impact transformation projects.

On a Typical Day You Will

  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create KPI reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Support the development of performance management and governance frameworks across Central Europe.
  • Document and optimize business processes through process models, detailed process descriptions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics techniques to support process harmonization and automation initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analyses and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and shared service organizations across multiple countries.
  • Support regional transformation and digitalization projects

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in finance operations and Contract to Cash processes.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and AI applications in a business environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Python is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent English communication skills. German B2-Level.
  • Open, engaging, and proactive personality with a strong ownership mindset.
