Deine Rolle bei uns

Du unterstützt die Kommunikation für Otis in Central Europe (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, Polen, Tschechien, Slowakei und Ukraine) und arbeitest eng mit der Kommunikationsverantwortlichen sowie einem internationalen Team in EMEA & Americas zusammen. Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, Aufgaben abzuarbeiten – wir wünschen uns, dass Du mitdenkst und Dich einbringst.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

• Content erstellen: Du recherchierst Themen und erstellst Beiträge für interne und externe Kanäle
• Ideen einbringen: Du schlägst Themen und Formate vor und hilfst, unsere Kommunikation weiterzuentwickeln
• Hands-on arbeiten: Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Formaten, z. B. Video-Drehs, und packst dort mit an, wo es notwendig ist
• Inhalte auf den Punkt bringen: Du bereitest Themen so auf, dass sie für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen verständlich und relevant sind
• Events begleiten: Du unterstützt bei Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
• Digitale Kanäle betreuen: Du stellst Inhalte im Intranet ein und halten unsere Plattformen aktuell
  
  

Was Du mitbringst

• Du studierst im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Journalistik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
• Erste praktische Erfahrung ist von Vorteil – wichtiger ist uns, dass Du Dich aktiv einbringen möchtest
• Sehr gute kommunikative Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365 (insb. PowerPoint); Kenntnisse in CMS, Bildbearbeitung und Social Media sind willkommen
• Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, Themen mitzudenken und nicht nur umzusetzen
• Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
