Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich IT & KI begleitest du die Einführung von Microsoft 365 Copilot, unterstützt unsere User bei der Nutzung neuer KI-Technologien und entwickelst intelligente Automatisierungen mit Copilot Studio. Erfahrungen mit Workflow-Tools wie Copilot Studio, n8n, oder Make sind ein Plus.
Aufgaben
- Einführung und Anwenderbetreuung von Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Entwicklung eigener KI-Agenten und Automatisierungslösungen mit Copilot Studio (Schwerpunkt)
- Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten für datengetriebene Entscheidungen
- Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit KI- und Workflow-Technologien
- Unterstützung bei Adoption- & Change-Management-Maßnahmen rund um KI-Anwendungen
- Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und User-Support
- Evaluierung neuer KI-Use-Cases und Erstellung von Prototypen
Qualifikation
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen oder fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 Copilot und Copilot Studio
- Kenntnisse der Microsoft Power Platform (insbesondere Power Automate) sind von Vorteil
- Grundverständnis von Geschäftsprozessen, Datenstrukturen und deren Automatisierung
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz und neuen Technologien
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern
- Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß daran, neue Technologien verständlich zu vermitteln
