This role is about more than just sales. You will dive deep into Tech Sales and Go-to-Market strategy, working on growing our software solutions that help companies create transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across complex business processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: You will support and manage the end-to-end sales process for our software solutions – from first strategic touchpoints to deal closure.
- Shape the Go-to-Market: You’ll actively contribute to planning and executing client-facing events, webinars, and campaigns, bringing your own ideas to drive market adoption.
- Value-Driven Client Consulting: You’ll act as a trusted advisor in client interactions, answering complex questions and clearly articulating the business value of our transparency and efficiency solutions.
- Strategic Proposal Development: You will design and present tailored proposals that address customer challenges across ESG, compliance, and digital transformation topics.
- Learn from the Best: In weekly syncs with our sales team, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced sales professionals, share insights, and continuously accelerate your learning curve.
- Data-Driven Optimization: You’ll document all customer interactions in our CRM system and contribute to the continuous optimization of our sales and go-to-market strategy.
Your Experience
- Academic Background: You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program.
- Passion for Tech & Sales: You have a first understanding of or exposure to tech sales, CRM systems, and/or digital business solutions (e.g. ESG, compliance, operations, or process optimization).
- Structured and Efficient: You bring strong organizational skills and can manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership and contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Commitment to Quality: You work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Language Proficiency: You are professionally fluent in English and German (minimum C1 required), being fluent in other languages is a plus.
- Location: You are based in Munich
