Strategy & Operations Working Student (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Market & competitive intelligence: Research and analyze competitors and market trends across our key verticals, feeding insights directly into product strategy and commercial positioning
• Prospecting & pipeline follow-up: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and own the follow-up cadence across active leads and pilots so nothing stalls silently
• Technical project management: Coordinate the handoff between Commercial and Tech/Product, translating pilot needs into build requirements and keeping timelines visible on both sides
• Process optimization: Continuously look for ways to make our own commercial operations faster and leaner, and propose or build fixes directly
• Commercial infrastructure & dashboards: Keep HubSpot clean and reliable as our pipeline source of truth, and help maintain our customer-facing pilot dashboards (Grafana) so clients can track the KPIs that matter to them

• Analytical and results-driven: you think in outcomes, not tasks
• Self-directed: you take ownership of a workstream and run with it, without needing close supervision
• Structured and detail-oriented: you do not let a CRM, tracker, or process gap go unnoticed
• Genuinely curious about deep tech: our product sits at the hybrid connectivity and satellite layer, and you enjoy digging into how it works, not just the commercial surface
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable owning ambiguity in a small team
• Strong communicator who can translate between commercial and technical stakeholders

Your skills & background:

• Bachelor's, minimum 4th semester, Master's preferred, in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, open across business and technical backgrounds
• Experience in Consulting, VC, Startups, or Tech Corporates is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong analytical skills and genuine comfort with ambiguity
• Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, Grafana, MS Teams, Canva, Claude Code
