Working Student | E-Mobility Operations (m/f/d)

Job description:

Our Team is looking for support at the earliest possible date.

• You support operational workflows for managing CPOs within the eMSP network, including tariff configuration, validation, and ensuring data consistency across different pricing structures
• You document processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and perform data validation and quality checks across multiple datasets
• You research truck-compatible charging locations and maintain a structured, accurate, and up-to-date location database
• You develop data-driven reports and analyses that provide valuable insights and support discussions on improving operational efficiency
• You automate manual workflows using scripts, AI tools, and other innovative solutions to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency

Profile description:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field in or around Munich
• You enjoy working with operational processes, data analytics and automation
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented and structured working style
• You have experience with analytic tools like Excel, Quicksuite, SQL, Power BI, or similar
• You have experience with building AI agents or vibe coding
• You have good English communication skills - German is a plus
• Experience with eMobility ecosystem is a plus
