This is the 3-6 month internship for someone who loves finding broken things – and is exceptional at fixing them, fast. osapiens reached unicorn status in january 2026, is backed by Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, and Temasek, and manages ~2,500 customers across 20 products in 50+ countries. With multiple consecutive years of double-digit growth, the scale is real – and so is the customer impact you can have when fixing our processes. You will work directly alongside our founders and ex-MBBs on the challenges that come with rapid growth: building a solid foundation for data-driven decisions, finding processes that need redesigning, and answering strategic questions that shape how we grow in the future.

Your Responsibilities

• You spot flaws in our processes and fix them – fast and pragmatic
• You drive initiatives that touch Operations, Product, and Commercial teams – and own the outcome end-to-end
• You build data-driven recommendations: you define the KPIs, build the hypothesis, run the analysis, and deliver a clear point of view
• You conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decisions: pricing, positioning, expansion, product gaps.
• You support quarterly planning and performance management cycles — translating strategic goals into operational milestones that teams can actually track.
• You navigate open-ended problems: defining the problem is part of the job, not a precondition for starting.

Your Experience

• You’re currently enrolled at a University and a top student in your field
• You have a builder mentality – and are motivated by ownership
• You’re self-directed and strive for excellence in your work
• You’re an AI native and know how to use Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools to compress research and drafting cycles
• Ideally, you have worked or interned in consulting, strategy, tech or other fast-paced environments: you know what structured problem-solving looks like in practice
• Language Proficiency: You are professionally fluent in English
