Working Student in Business Development & Operations (f/m/d) for the TUM Venture Labs in Munich/ Garching
We are looking for a Working Student (Business Development & Operations, 15-20h/week) to support ourbusiness development team at TUM Venture Labs. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, stakeholder management, fundraising, and sponsorship processes. You will gain insights on all the mentioned topics within the individual labs and discover the best practices in sponsorship of each individual domain and industry.
As part of our team, you will help streamline internal processes, refine data management, and support engagement with partners and sponsors. You will support and enhance the information flow at the interfaces TUM and UnternehmerTUM, and the TUM Venture Labs (and the interfaces between the different labs).
Deine Aufgaben
- Assist in the refinement and management of our contact management system (our active sponsors and prospects) for partner & sponsor relations
- Support the team in managing the Interfaces to different labs (and cross-lab activities) and interface to UTUM TUM
- Develop and implement strategies tailored to different labs and domains to strengthen sponsorship engagement, support existing sponsors, and attract potential new sponsors through targeted initiatives and domain-specific opportunities
- Analysing communications, information, and experiences of different stakeholders to derive best practices in sponsorship management
- Support fundraising and sponsorship processes, including research, data tracking & outreach
- Help set up structured workflows for sponsor management, especially using advanced AI tools
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and funding applications
- Assist in day-to-day operations and business development activities
- Work closely with our business development team
Dein Profil
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Management, Finance, or related fields)
- Strong interest in deep-tech innovation and diving deep in the relevant industries and deep-tech domains
- Structured and detail-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Experience with Salesforce, Notion, and AI tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytics skills and ability to simplify complex set of information and derive strategies and best practices. Able to obtain relevant information needed to support us in our mission.
- Experience with stakeholder management.

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
