About the Team

You’ll join the Global Strategy & Intelligence Research team. We shape and execute our CTI-led marketing strategy, strengthen Orange Cyberdefense’s positioning, and continuously improve customer experience and engagement through data-driven insights, structured project management, and targeted improvement initiatives.

Role & Purpose

As a Master Student, you will operate at the intersection of project management and customer experience.

You work in a project-based environment and support the structured delivery of strategic projects across Global Marketing. You will take ownership of the operational coordination of our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program and collaborate closely with international stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are translated into actionable project milestones and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects: Coordinate day-to-day activities, maintain project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and help ensure smooth execution
  • Customer Feedback & Stakeholder Management:
  • Administer customer feedback channels and surveys within our CX platform
  • Analyze survey data to identify customer pain points and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant project owners
  • Reporting & communication: Create clear status KPI-updates, create dashboards, decision papers, and presentations for operational stakeholders and, depending on experience, senior leadership.
  • Program planning & governance:
  • Align contributors across functions and international markets, prepare working sessions, and follow up on decisions and actions.
  • Identify blockers and cross-workstream dependencies, maintain logs, and support timely escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain structured program documentation, templates, lessons learned, and delivery standards.
  • Support rollout and adoption of strategic initiatives, processes, and tools across international markets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong ability to execute operational tasks, manage priorities and support delivery
  • Experience with project tracking, reporting, dashboards, or data visualization
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, for reporting & data visualization
  • Comfortable using AI and digital tools to support analysis, documentation, and delivery
  • Experience with survey/feedback tools or CRM is a plus (not required)
  • VoC/CX knowledge (e.g., NPS, customer journey) is a plus
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus

Languages

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • German language skills are a plus
