Werkstudent (m/w/d) Projektdatenmanagement

Als Werkstudent:in im Projektdatenmanagement unterstützt du das Planning Team im operativen Projektgeschäft und stellst die Qualität und Verfügbarkeit projektrelevanter Daten sicher. Du arbeitest an der Pflege von Tools und Datenbanken und trägst zur fundierten Entscheidungsbasis in Projekten bei. Die Rolle verbindet Datenmanagement, Koordination und praktische Einblicke in Projektprozesse.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du unterstützt das Planning Team bei täglichen Aufgaben im Projektgeschäft und im Projektdatenmanagement durch strukturierte Aufbereitung und Pflege von Daten
• Du erstellst und pflegst Simulationstools für Storage Hubs und stellst deren Aktualität sowie Nutzbarkeit für das Projektteam Sicher
• Du bereitest Koordinaten für Streckenstudien auf und prüfst diese für die Nutzung in Project Maps
• Du holst projektspezifische Daten bei Fachabteilungen wie Tender Management, Logistik und Sales ein und konsolidierst diese
• Du aktualisierst und pflegst Datenbanken sowie zentrale Projektunterlagen im Rahmen des Datenmanagements
• Du übernimmst Versand, Ablage und strukturierte Archivierung von Dokumenten gemäß internen Standards
  
  

DEIN PROFIL

• Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Projektmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und MS Lists, zur strukturierten Datenverarbeitung
• Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Power BI und SQL Server oder bist bereit, dich schnell in diese Tools einzuarbeiten
• Du beherrschst Deutsch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift für die Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
• Du arbeitest motiviert, flexibel und selbstorganisiert mit einem strukturierten und qualitätsorientierten Ansatz
• Du bist bereit, regelmäßig vor Ort im Büro zu arbeiten und dich in bestehende Teamprozesse einzubringen
