We're hiring: Intern (m/f/d) — Private Equity Deal & Tech
NextGen Equity Partners is a young, Munich-based private equity firm. We back and build leading companies in fragmented DACH B2B services markets — and we use technology and AI to do it faster and more systematically than the incumbents.
We're looking for an intern to work directly on our deal pipeline & tech infrastructure:
– Sourcing and screening targets across DACH B2B services verticals
– Building longlists and market maps
– Company research and target profiles
– Supporting due diligence and investor materials
– Advance our CRM and data infrastructure
– Data enrichment pipelines and sourcing automation
– AI tooling and agent workflows we use across the firm every day

– Mandatory internship only (Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen des Studiums); please confirm this in your application
