Off-Cycle Investment Intern / Germany

Global Support Capital is looking for Off-Cycle Investment Interns.

We are looking for 2nd and 3rd year Germany based bachelor students who want direct exposure to venture capital, private markets, real estate and company building. The set up is remote and part time to allow students to stay focused on learning as well as career development.

This is not a traditional internship. You will work closely with the investment team on real transactions, research, and portfolio company support across some of the most important technology themes we are focused on.

What you will work on:

• AI, healthcare technology, real estate sector research
• Business Development activities
• Investment due diligence
• Market and industry analysis and research

We are looking for people who are:

• intellectually curious
• analytical and detail-oriented
• strong written communicators
• genuinely interested in technology, real estate and investing
• willing to take ownership and work independently

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a multi-family office investing across AI enterprise software, healthcare technology, real estate and financial technology.

We care far more about curiosity, work ethic, and judgment than about prior internship experience.
