We’re looking for a Working Student – Event Logistics & Coordination to support our Event Marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of our event programs, with a strong focus on logistics and operations — a key part of making our events successful.


Tasks

  • Support the planning and execution of events, with a focus on logistics and operations

  • Define, document, and improve logistics processes together with the Events team

  • Manage event inventory and stock, including tracking materials and equipment

  • Coordinate orders and purchases in collaboration with Finance/Accounting

  • Organize and manage shipments for events across Europe

  • Support budget tracking and cost monitoring

  • Assist in coordinating event preparation and operational needs

  • Support the creation of visuals and event materials

  • Attend and support events across Europe when needed


Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (Business, Marketing, Event Management, or similar)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Structured and reliable way of working

  • Interest in event logistics and coordination

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Good communication skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and positive mindset

  • Willingness to learn and hands-on approach (“learning by doing”)

  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
