Tasks
- Support the hiring process end to end, from posting roles to coordinating with the team on next steps.
- Screen incoming applications and CVs against role requirements and shortlist promising candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and capture clear, structured notes for the team.
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers aligned throughout the process.
- Ensure all candidate communication reflects the Neural Frames brand and tone.
- Take on ad hoc HR tasks as needed, such as onboarding support, maintaining candidate and employee records, and general people operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone/video presence for screening calls.
- Good judgment in reviewing CVs and assessing candidates against role requirements.
- Well organized and reliable, able to juggle multiple candidates and interview schedules without dropping the ball.
- Ability to work independently.
- Discretion and care when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
- Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution, ideally in business, psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English
- You live in Berlin.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with recruiting or HR tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Interest in AI, creative tools, or the startup space.
