Master’s Student Research Intern – Applied Research in LLMs and Agentic AI

Our team is composed of passionate innovators and researchers who strive for making a positive social impact.
Your key responsibilities are
- Apply and refine state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and optimize AI agents for complex tasks and decision-making.
- Implement and evaluate software components and AI models.
- Analyze results and present findings in reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest advances in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Follow good coding practices, code quality standards,
- and CI/CD workflows.

Required skills and experience
- Enrolled as a Master’s student in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and solid understanding of algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Pandas.
- Experience with LLM/agent frameworks, e.g., LangGraph, LangMem, mem0, OpenAI API, LangFuse, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with building demos or prototypes using Streamlit or similar frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Linux and Git.
- Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and communication skills.
- Motivation to develop new ideas, and contribute to cutting-edge research and business applications.
Preferred/optional skills and experience
- Strong software engineering skills.
- Experience with scalable machine learning experimentation and benchmarking.
- Knowledge of databases, e.g., PostgreSQL/Neo4j.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
