About The Role 

We are seeking a Process Engineering Intern with a passion for data analytics and continuous improvement (CI). This role combines CI methodologies (LEAN) and data analysis by using digital tools to drive impactful results and empower teams to excel in their daily operations. 

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the implementation of automation projects related to product quality detection, line, performance monitoring, paperless digitalization of production lines.
  • Perform analyses to identify and eliminate losses using Power BI tool. 
  • Design and deploy small-scale digital solutions (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate) 
  • Assist in rolling out smart user devices across departments. Track progress on various Digital Plant Initiatives. 
  • Support in identifying and developing innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Passion for engineering, data analytics and continuous improvement. 
  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Electronics, Automation, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar Engineering disciplines.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & German (intermediate required)
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, email communication, general computer use); Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Excel. 
  • Experience with CI methodologies and tools (e.g., LEAN, TPM) in a factory or operations environment is a plus. 
  • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
