Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehousing operations through relevant education, training, or practical work experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, SQL, or similar data analysis platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English; Korean language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.

Your tasks

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports using the IDP Dashboard Tool.
• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational excellence and process standardization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standardized process management practices.
• Support the Team Leader in managing ongoing projects, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop detailed analytical reports to identify trends, operational performance, and business opportunities.
• Collect and analyze daily feedback from PDCs, providing recommendations and solutions to address operational inquiries and challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, and dashboards.
• Investigate performance gaps, operational issues, and non-achievement of KPIs, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and project deliverables.
• Support management with ad hoc analyses, reports, and special projects as required.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights and operational performance analysis.
