Role Description
We are looking for a Data Management Intern to support our daily business operations. In this role, you will help ensure that company data remains accurate, organized, and reliable across different systems.
This internship is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in data handling, reporting, documentation, and operational support within a real business environment.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Entering, updating, and maintaining data records with strong attention to accuracy
- Cleaning and organizing datasets to ensure consistency and usability
- Reviewing data to identify errors, trends, or areas for improvement
- Preparing regular reports to support business decisions
- Assisting in maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures
- Supporting data quality and governance practices
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow
- Conducting routine data checks and resolving
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field
Basic understanding of data accuracy and quality principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data entry and basic database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools or data analysis software is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
