Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Marketing unterstützt du unser Marketingteam im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei vielfältigen Projekten – von Fachkongressen und Events, über Social Media, bis hin zu Datenanalyse und Reporting. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und lernst moderne Marketingprozesse von Grund auf kennen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Marketing Managers bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben
• Mitwirkung bei Planung, Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Fachkongressen und Events
• Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres LinkedIn‑Kanals
• Erstellung, Auswertung und Analyse von Web‑Reports (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio)
• Verwaltung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Marketingmaterialien (z. B. Roll-ups, Broschüren, Giveaways)
• Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Marketing, Vertrieb, Logistik sowie externen Agenturen
• Pflege und Bearbeitung von Datenbanken
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen
• Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Marketingbereich
• Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Dokumentation und Archivierung
• Einhaltung interner Prozesse, Richtlinien und Compliance‑Vorgaben
  
  

Das bringst du mit

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Google Analytics 4 und/oder Looker Studio
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Motivation, Neues zu lernen

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Marketing, you will support our marketing team in daily operations as well as in a wide range of projects – from industry congresses and events, to social media management and marketing data analysis. Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the Marketing Manager with administrative and operational tasks
• Assisting in the planning, organisation and follow‑up of congresses and events
• Managing, maintaining and developing our LinkedIn channel
• Creating, analysing and evaluating web reports using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
• Coordinating and tracking marketing materials (e.g. roll‑ups, brochures, giveaways)
• Acting as an interface between marketing, sales, logistics and external agencies
• Maintaining and updating databases
• Supporting the preparation of presentations
• Taking on general administrative marketing tasks
• Ensuring structured documentation and archiving
• Adhering to internal guidelines, processes and compliance requirements
  
  

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field
• Initial practical experience in marketing is an advantage
• Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ideally familiar with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
• Structured, reliable and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
