Your responsibilities
- I-Service system maintenance and administrative follow-up
- Work order management and follow-up
- Invoice controlling and payment follow-up
- Reporting and data preparation
- Follow-up on key operational activities
Your profile
- First practical experience in customer service (B2B or B2C), e.g. through internships or working student roles is an advantage
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written) are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
- Interest in handling complex customer issues and escalation processes
- Strong communication skills and social competence
- Reliability, initiative, and ability to work in a team
