Your responsibilities
- Operating system installation and reinstallation.
- Data backup, migration, and recovery support.
- IT equipment setup, maintenance, inventory checks, and troubleshooting.
- User support for hardware and software issues.
- Testing, bug identification, and basic issue analysis.
- Documentation creation and maintenance.
- Supporting automation initiatives and process improvements.
- Assisting with software development tasks and scripting when required.
- Supporting AI-related proof-of-concept projects, tool evaluations, and solution implementation.
- General administrative and coordination tasks related to IT operations and projects.
Your profile
- Strong learning capability and proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and common IT tools.
- Interest in software development, automation, and AI technologies.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
