To reinforce our team, we are looking for an:
Intern/Trainee HR Administration (m/f/d), Berlin
Your responsibilities:
- You will advise and support our employees and managers in all personnel-related matters.
- You will be responsible for drawing up employment contracts and references and will report regularly on statistics to the management of the mc agencies.
- You will manage our time recording, including all holiday and sickness notifications, and will be responsible for occupational safety.
- You will not only coordinate applicant management, but also support the HR team with recruitment tasks.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable training
- Preferrably you already have relevant professional experience
- You are a team player, enjoy challenging tasks and work in a goal-oriented manner.
- You are fluent in English and have B2/C1 level in German
