Human Resources Working Student

Would you like to join the Human Resources Team as Human Resources Working Student?

The Human Resources Working Student will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including the preparation of employment contracts, addendums, and other administrative letters.
• Support the end-to-end process of creating and managing employment and internship references (Zeugnisse).
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records within HR systems, ensuring high data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with the administrative onboarding process for new employees, including gathering necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Support the management of employee benefits and track related administrative updates.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving and streamlining HR administrative processes and procedures.

If you:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication in German, Italian and English and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
