Intern | HR Operations (m/f/d)

Job description:

• You will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings, etc.)
• You will support the recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews)
• Your engagement is needed in creating as well as updating forms and templates for our document library
• You will participate and work in HR-related projects with us and on your own
• If needed, you will work with other HR functions, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR Company Services

Profile description:

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
• You are inspired by HR topics, digitalization and harmonization of HR processes
• You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
• You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
