Your mission
At Manova Partners, you will join a small, hands-on team within the COO/CTO area, working on projects that have a direct impact on how our company operates. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of data, automation and artificial intelligence while taking real responsibility from day one. Your tasks
- Build and maintain our track record: collect, validate and consolidate data from different systems, files and external reports, ensuring that information is accurate, consistent and ready to use.
- Automate recurring data tasks: develop and maintain Excel, Python and AI-based solutions that reduce manual work and make our processes more efficient.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards: support the preparation of recurring reports and dashboards and take ownership of their regular production once established.
- Help bring AI into everyday work: support the roll-out of AI agents across departments by writing and refining prompts, testing solutions, documenting results and gathering feedback from users.
- Help shape our document management: structure folders and metadata, test new tools and support the migration and organization of existing content.
- Contribute to our data and document management standards: document data sources, definitions and processes, and help develop structures that make information easier to find, understand and reuse across the organization.
Your profile
- Ongoing studies, preferably in numeric heavy fields such as physics, mathematics, engineering, business informatics, finance, engineering.
- Advanced in Excel, Python, and/or SQL.
- Confident use of agentic AI incl. coding.
- Highly structured, accurate and self-reliant, with the persistence to get a task finished; analytical and conceptual thinking; quick comprehension.
- Fluent in English, our working language, with the ability to communicate effectively in German.
