As a Working Student in our Accounting & Finance team, you will support day-to-day financial operations and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge, develop practical skills, and contribute to real business processes.

What To Expect

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Support automated workflows from our Pre-accounting tool, Payhawk, into the ERP System NetSuite
  • Help prepare financial reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements

Your profile in short

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in accounting and financial processes
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS or HGB is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Fluent in English and German
