Y Combinator startup meets Berlin! - Operations Internship

We are a Berlin-based Construction-Tech and Y Combinator startup that’s making the trade of used construction machinery easier and safer through digital technology.

To support our Operations team, we’re looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern (m/f/d) for a 6-month internship. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, take ownership from day one, and contribute to building scalable, high-quality processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Data Maintenance: Help maintain and clean internal data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency across our systems.
• Compliance Support: Conduct background checks and ensure documentation requirements are met for new partners.
• Operational Assistance: Support our operations team in various day-to-day activities that ensure the smooth running of our platform.
• Process Optimization: Actively contribute ideas to improve internal workflows and increase overall team efficiency.

Your Profile

• You are familiar with Excel and feel comfortable working with structured data sets
• You enjoy being organized and detail-oriented, and you approach tasks in a structured way
• You have a hands-on mentality and are curious to learn how to improve operational processes
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working both independently and in a team
• You are motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment and open to taking on new challenges
• You speak English fluently; German or French are a plus
• You are available for a full-time internship for 6 months
