Our Mergers & Acquisitions team offers exciting insights into company valuations, investments, and acquisitions. Mobile working is possible; regular on-site presence is expected.
- Support the analysis and evaluation of acquisition and investment opportunities, including company valuations and business case development
- Assist in preparing management presentations and decision-making materials for strategic projects and transactions
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses and prepare results for various stakeholders
- Contribute to ongoing M&A projects and gain insights into due diligence processes and strategic initiatives
- Support the further development of methodologies, processes, and tools within the Mergers & Acquisitions function
