Tasks
Work with us in an international and dynamic environment.
- gain practical skills with a focus on routine tasks related to factual and professional freight transportation invoice auditing and acceptance.
- Cooperation in terms of billing our services to LH group internal and external customers.
- Support in further developing our internal performance monitoring logic (productivity, quality, etc.) and the measures to check our quality.
- Execution of regular quality checks and implementation of corrections required as a result of the quality monitoring.
- Data analysis and preparation of corresponding reports and presentations.
- Involvement in process improvements and respective documentation in the database.
- Participation in projects, e.g. for further digitalization of our processes.

Requirements

- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Confident handling of common Office 365 and Power Applications
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Practical experience through training or other internships, preferably in the logistics sector
- You can start your internship at any time, but at the earliest approximately three months after applying
