About The Role
Our European Distribution Team located in Hamburg is looking for a*n working student
logitics and demand coordination for a period of one year with up to 20 h per week to
support daily logistics and export customer service activities.
What You Will Do
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain logistics data using Excel and SAP to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate closely with European Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) to monitor operational performance and resolve open topics, including Goods Issue (GI), Goods Receipt (GR) bookings, and inbound logistics issues.
- Support export operations in order entry and alignment with planning department to ensure ontime shipping
- Create and analyze open order reports for export markets, collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to ensure optimal product availability and customer service levels.
- Act as a key interface between warehouses, logistics partners, and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Who You Are
- Enrolled student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field at a German university or university of applied sciences, ideally with first practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or an apprenticeship.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset with a proactive and reliable way of working.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills such as German or Spanish are considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic SAP skills (MM, SD) are advantageous.
