Tasks

You are part of the team that deals with all personnel-related issues at Lufthansa Technik AG.

  • You will be involved in various topics of the employee lifecycle
  • Your cooperation in day-to-day operations is required
  • You support us in monitoring people data and help with data collection and quality assurance
  • Show us your creativity and talent in the development of presentations
  • Contribute your ideas to the conceptual development and optimization of internal processes
  • In addition, we will take you to appointments on individual topics, which you can prepare and follow up with us
  • You will provide us with significant support for projects and will be actively involved in People topics from the very first minute

Requirements

You should be at least in your 3rd semester at the time of the internship. Ideally, you are studying business administration/business psychology or similar with a focus on human resources. You should also have the following:

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • You are fit in dealing with MS Office
  • You have analytical thinking skills & an affinity for numbers
  • Strong communication skills, quick comprehension & initiative make you a team player
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Initial experience from internships or working student activities is welcome
