Internship AOG Material Services & Processes (Aircraft Components) Start date: by arrangement. Duration: 6 months

Take off with AOG! Gain hands-on experience in aviation logistics, data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. Drive improvements, create impactful insights, and contribute to keeping aircraft operations running smoothly worldwide.

Tasks

• Gaining practical skills with a focus on aviation logistics, material services, process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting daily operations and taking ownership of meaningful tasks
• You will create presentations, reports, and management summaries, analyze and visualize data in Excel and PowerBI, and support KPI tracking and dashboard development
• You will contribute to process improvement, documentation, knowledge management, and the standardization of templates and workflows
• In addition, you will help prepare team meetings, collaborate with stakeholders, and support administrative tasks
• We encourage you to bring in your own ideas and actively shape improvements to tools, processes, and ways of working while gaining valuable experience in data analysis, business communication, and project management
• Participation in workshops

Requirements

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and have strong written and spoken German and English skills
• You are a proactive team player with a quick grasp of new topics, excellent communication skills, and a structured way of working
• An interest in aviation, an open-minded personality, and enthusiasm for digital tools, new technologies, and innovative ideas complete your profile
• Experience with data analysis or process optimization is a plus
