Internship Corporate Strategy with Focus on Defence Projects Internship start: by arrangement, Duration: 6 months

Gain unique insights into the strategic decision-making processes of a global aviation group and contribute to high-impact projects in a dynamic international environment. Working closely with experts and senior leaders, you will strengthen your analytical and business skills while building valuable experience in corporate strategy and transformation.

Tasks

As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to the following activities:

• Participation in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and Senior Management Executives, negotiations with customers
• Gaining practical skills with a focus on defense strategy development while supporting a variety of strategic projects across Group strategy
• Conduct analyses of market developments, competitive dynamics within the global aviation industry, and business profitability to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of management briefings, presentations and recommendations
• Contribute to the evaluation of strategic opportunities and challenges by providing data-driven insights
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives and gain exposure to key aspects of corporate and business strategy development

Requirements

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• Outstanding academic performance
• Experience with independently structuring, defining and owning projects end-to-end, self-sufficiency
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Solution-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and collaborative working style
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Successful completion of at least one previous internship
