Part-Time Administrative Assistant - for Working Student (20 hours work per week)

Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant based out of our Frankfurt office on part-time basis.

Fluency in Russian is required.

This position will support the EMEA Financial Institutions (FI) Business & Relationship Management (BRM) team who originate new FI rating mandates, through targeted outreach and client engagement, as well as manage and optimise existing relationships, with issuers and other market participants.

We'll Count On You To

  • Arrange travel for a team of 4
  • Support the team on travel expenses
  • Contribute to other BRM tasks as required such as contact database management, event organisation or preparing presentations
  • Working time is 20 hours/week

What You Need To Have

  • Strong written and verbal Russian & English communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • German language skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt and respond to changing priorities
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, organisational and completion skills
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel/data analytic skills (lookups /index/ pivot tables / macros /formulae/shortcuts )
