The Employee Feedback & Performance Management team develops concepts for feedback and performance processes as well as HR IT tools in the area of personnel development.
The internship start date is planned between January and March 2027.
Tasks
If you would like to gain insights into the development and implementation of group-wide feedback and performance processes and help shape them, then you've come to the right place. Your main tasks would be:
- Gain practical experience in supporting the preparation, coordination, and execution of employee surveys, including related communication
- Contribute to the further development of group-wide performance management processes in SAP SuccessFactors
- Support the administration and ongoing conceptual enhancement of the 360° feedback tool to improve employee development initiatives
- Participating in day-to-day team operations, including the creation of presentations, and the preparation, organization, moderation, and follow-up of workshops and events
- Support the development of target-group-specific training materials, guidelines, and videos for employees and managers
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving performance management and talent development processes

Requirements
To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Interest in and enjoyment of new projects and conceptual work
- Structured way of working and quick comprehension skills
- Ideally practical experience in the field of human resources
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- Reliability, commitment, ability to learn
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
