Internship IT Project Management Internship start: by arrangement, duration: 6 months

Our work focuses on the Group-wide employee portals. These include the intranet, exchange platforms and target group-specific mobile applications. As part of our agile team, you will be involved in interesting and varied projects in a national and international environment.

Tasks

To continuously improve the employee portals, we need your active support with these tasks and in general day-to-day business.

• Gain practical experience in managing and administering content management systems and various web applications used for internal communication
• Support project management and monitoring activities across a range of IT projects
• Assist in enhancing intranet applications by designing and implementing information websites and FAQs
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of communication concepts that support internal marketing initiatives
• Support the continuous development, optimization, and design of employee portals to improve user experience and information accessibility
• Participating in the coordination and management of the team mailbox, ensuring efficient communication and timely handling of inquiries
• Create presentations, meeting minutes, and project-related documentation

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your 3rd semester at the time of the internship.

• At least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a focus on computer science at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• Team player with good cooperation skills and hands-on mentality
• Flair and lots of good ideas for particularly user-friendly user interface design
• Confident with MS Office
• Quick comprehension, careful and service-oriented way of working even under time pressure
• Fluent German and good English skills
